Meet baby Ferb!!

Sabrina wanted me to make a special post to announce that sometime around March 4, 2010 she will be a big sister!! We just had our tweleve week appt and everything is going really well so far. During the nuchal screening ultrasound Sabrina told the ultrasound technician that she thought the baby was a boy. The tech said she thought Sabrina was right. The tech would only commit to being 85% sure for liability reasons. We find out for sure during the 20 week ultrasound in 2 months. So far despite being a bit more tired than usual and having some very strong food cravings I feel great. Lets hope it stays that way for the remainder of the pregnancy :)

I am sure you are wondering about the title to this post. One of Sabrina's favorite cartoons is Phineas and Ferb on the Disney Channel. They are two brothers who come up with some elaborate, out of this world scheme while their mom is out of the house and their older sister is left in charge. The older sister is always trying to rat them out to her parents but every time that days scheme is cleaned up before mom comes home. There was an episode a few weeks ago where the older sister Candace flashes back to when her little brother Ferb came home from the hospital. Sabrina caught on right away and said "Im a big sister too like Candace and baby Ferb is in your tummy" So the baby's official nickname is Ferb :) Lets hope we think of something new before he is born..
