Our good friends Kara and her daughter Katie came over yesterday for a playdate. Our (the moms) plan was to feed ourselves and the girls then trek the 1 mile walk to the tot lot. About 1.5 hrs after they arrived we left, feeding those girls take some time!! We got a bit hot but us moms enjoyed the exercise and actually talking to someone who can do more than coo back at us while we walk. The girls were rewarded with lots of time on the swings which they loved and then after we got home had some play time before Kara and Katie had to go home.
