Family News!!: What we did on our summer vacation..

Boy did we have a fun summer!!! So much fun that Mommy was too tired at the end of the day to update the blog so I decided to give myself a break and take the summer off from blogging. I feel good about how we spent our time; a combination of playdates, visiting with family, trips to the park, zoo, water parks and a few firsts for both Sabrina and Caleb. Enjoy the pictures!!

Sabrina decided she LOVES accessorizing-she rarely left the house without a headband, ring, necklaces and bracelets.

Poppy treated Sabrina to her first set of golf clubs and the two of them have been enjoying outings to the local driving range.

Sabrina always looks out for her brother on the playground as he has no sense of self preservation and is a bit of a daredevil. I'm blaming those for my new gray hairs, definitely not my age ;)

Caleb LOVES going down the slide with his big sister!!

Caleb has officially discovered cars and in true Michl fashion is now obsessed. Currently he refuses to leave the house until he says Bye-bye to each one of his toy cars.

Kyle and I are lucky that both of our kids love to help out around the house-we are big believers in child labor. :)

While in VA Beach this summer Aunt Laura treated Sabrina to her very first manicure and pedicure. Needless to say she LOVED it and keeps asking when she can go back.

Toy Story and all the characters are very popular in our house right now. Sabby dressed up as Jessie!

Not to be outdone meet Sheriff Caleb!

Sabrina attended her very first outdoor concert at Wolftrap with Mommy and Daddy and had a blast!

We had quite a hot summer so we cooled off at a local splash park-rather Sabrina cooled off and Caleb mostly watched from the sidelines occassionally getting his toes wet.
